dare to lead: a must-read

Brave Work. Tough Conversations. Whole Hearts. The cover page says it all. In this book, Brene Brown shares her methods to creating a culture of courage and vulnerability. She has spent twenty years studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy, and recently completed a seven-year study on brave leadership. The findings are represented throughout the pages of this book and it’s one I recommend to every leader, at any stage of their career.

I am a strong believer in goal setting and start all of my client engagements with a tool to help uncover their goals so we can use this to track progress.
